Yes, we would be delighted to schedule an appointment for you if you are a new patient. There is more helpful new patient information at this link here.

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, automatic debit or cash.

We expect payment at time of treatment.

We currently accept insurance coverage, however any portion not covered by your plan is your responsibility. There are no plans that pay 100% for all types of required treatment. Please refer to your insurance policy booklet. Our treatment plan is not dictated by your insurance coverage, but rather what is best for your health.

As a courtesy to you, we will accept payment from your insurance company. However, if we do not receive reimbursement within 90 days, the balance will be transferred to your account.

Any appointment made is reserved for you. We have several ways to confirm your appointment including email, text or phone calls. You must provide 48 hours notice for changes, as a courtesy to this office and other patients who would have valued this time. Should something happen to prevent you from contacting us, there will be a charge of $50.00 for not showing, at our discretion.

Yes, we are proud to be an accessible office.

We recommend that children have their first visit with us as soon as their first tooth appears, to avoid tooth decay and other oral health problems that can impact a child for the rest of his or her life. We take a soothing and caring approach with infants, toddlers and children to create positive feelings about their visits and oral care.

We would like to see you every six months for an oral exam and professional cleaning. When we examine you, we can determine your needs.

Brushing and flossing are the keys to a healthy smile. Brush at least twice a day with fluoride toothpaste for at least two minutes, especially first thing in the morning and before bedtime. Floss every day – usually at bedtime. You can also improve your oral health by limiting the number of times you eat snacks each day or rinsing with mouthwash.

Bad breath is sometimes linked to periodontal disease. See more about this disease here.

We have three options for whitening your teeth. See our teeth whitening section for more information.

We recommend any Alcohol Free mouthwash.

We recommend that you see us when you are pregnant and rest assured that it is completely safe. Studies show a correlation between severe gum disease and preterm labor so regular dental visits will help you avoid the risk. Please just inform our staff that you are pregnant when you book your appointment.

We consider a referral from our patients one of the highest compliments we can receive! Thanks again for choosing our office.
